I have been exclusively building with Drupal since 2005. As an independent contractor I felt isolated at times. So I founded the Ann Arbor Drupal Users Group (A2Drupal). This provided the water cooler time and the peer-to-peer interactions I craved. What I didn't expect was how it would elevate my Drupal programming. The mental gymnastics of building other peoples sites in my head showed me the art of mapping concepts to contributed modules. I've been working with Drupal since Drupal 4.6 as a module developer and implementation consultant for Kosada, Inc, I answer questions on drupal.org forums, and contribute and schedule meetups for the Central Ohio Drupal Users Group (CODUG).

Although my work on Drupal deals mainly with contrib I'd like to get more involved with the core development with what limited time I have.
