Drupal Tracks
Welcome to Drupal - First Impressions:
Watch overviews and tutorials for those new to the community. If you're new to the Drupal community, you might want to attend sessions in this category. This track will lead you through the basic ins and outs of Drupal. Session leaders who place their sessions in this track understand that Drupal novices will need processes, modules and concepts explained better (and will do everything they can to keep you from getting lost). Once again, welcome!
Design, Theme, and Usability - Style & Substance:
Learn about trends, techniques, and tools. No one wants an ugly website - and that is why you are so important. This track focuses directly on how Drupal is intended to interact with its designers, themers, usability experts & information architects. You see some code in some of these sessions, but it will be presented in a way that directly benefits your ability to make Drupal sites better looking and more complete.
Under the Hood - Technical Details:
Study servers, Drupal core, module building, and more. Do you want to help drive Drupal into the future? Excited about Drupal 7? This is the track for you. Sessions in this category will allow you to build modules, adapt code, deploy sites, and deal with server issues. This track is made specifically for those who have experience using and building Drupal; if that's not you, please check out our Welcome to Drupal track.
Configuration, Set-up & Administration - Code-free Success:
Manage Drupal through the User Interface. Someone else might have written the code for your site, but you're in charge. This track deals with how to set up and configure your site, how to manage your content and users, and more. Sessions here won't involve coding, but this track isn't for those without web experience.

Hear case studies and learn about adapting to open-source technology. Drupal is great for your business. This track will explain the successes of Drupal in business environments similar to yours, how to switch your sites over to this open-source technology, and why you shouldn't be left behind as Drupal gets even better.
