I would like to participate at the pre-conference code sprint but there is not a lot of details on the site.
It only mentions that there will be one on Sunday and on Thursday but no further details (http://sf2010.drupal.org/conference/drupal-sprints).

Anyone who can shed some more light on this (times, locations, specific sprint "theme" or goal)?

The sprints are from 9AM to 5PM during the conference. More details will be available closer to the conference. We look forward to seeing you there.
