William Hurley

As a Senior Web Programmer for Forum One Communications William Hurley has been developing on the web since 1997 using PHP, Java, Adobe Flex, JavaScript, and ColdFusion. He also has skills in XHTML/HTML, CSS, XML, and related technologies. He combines technical web development with a knowledge of organizational system design.

William delivers the most appropriate technical solution to satisfy the business objectives within the constraints set forth by the client and the project manager. Before joining Forum One in 2008, he worked for Filnet, developing web applications for the District of Columbia. He received a B.S. from George Mason University's Department of Computer Science.
