Elmer Masters

I am a web developer and occasional consultant. I’ve managed IT departments at a couple of law schools, and started my professional career as a reference law librarian while working my way through law school. These days I’m the Director of Internet Development for the Center for Computer-Assisted Legal Instruction. CALI is a 501(c)(3) consortium of virtually every US law school. I develop website and database applications for CALI as well as administer all of CALI’s servers. I've been using Drupal since 4.3 and currently oversee half a dozen sites using 5 and 6.
