No, I am not the famous actress by the same name, but I am a hard-working communications specialist / website designer and manager. I have a Bachelor's degree in Biology and a Master's degree in Communications from two different Big Ten schools. Along the way, I have picked up some design skills, probably due to my love of art and passion for photography.

I consider myself first and foremost a "Communications Specialist," and although it is a very broad term, to me it means someone who can build and maintain positive relationships with the public. That means, keeping the public informed with the latest news through press releases, articles, newsletters, blog posts, and other social media.

There are several things I like about designing websites, most of all it allows me to flex my creative muscles while challenging my technical brain. With me, you get the best of both worlds! My style is considered clean and simplistic. I love smooth, rounded edges to websites and enjoy mixing together colors to come up with the perfect website pallet.
