"Intro to module development" Hands-On Training Question

I'm signed up for "Intro to module development" Hands-On Training - Lullabot. I see there's another training called "Intro to module development" Hands-On Training - Build a Module.com / GotDrupal same day. Are these covering same topics? What's the difference? If I find the one I'm in is too basic or too much, can I switch to the other? I think the organization of the trainings should take into account ability to just buy general access if desired so one could switch to a different training if they find the one they're in isn't right for them.
