Any suggestion on using Consultant to assist Drupal Web Project?

It's so nice to attend the Drupal SF conference. Our organization is trying to get some help from consultant to assist out internal web project, I just wonder is there any organization have some experience to share? Any recommendation?

We live in Bay Area, CA.
