Omar Khan

Omar Khan

As President of ISL, Omar Khan provides clients with strategic business perspectives and website concepts. He develops business plans and examines competitive landscapes and industry trends to help clients build the blueprints for successful websites. He supervises the team of project managers, engineers and designers who deliver award-winning websites built at ISL.

Omar has worked with a number of Fortune 500 firms as website clients, from Chevron and McDonalds to Thomson Healthcare, to large non-profits like Common Sense Media where he is an advisor, and hundreds of other websites. He loves search engine optimization (SEO) and e-commerce challenges, and enjoys working directly in Drupal.

Prior to joining ISL, he worked for the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and consulted independently to companies including Oracle and nCube. Omar has an MBA from Stanford Business School and graduated summa cum laude from Dartmouth College. In his spare time, he runs an award-winning educational website on the ancient Indus Valley civilization and is author of the book From Kashmir to Kabul The Photographs of John Burke and William Baker 1860-1900.
