Megan Erin Miller

I graduated in 2006 from Stanford with a BA in Music Composition, which allowed me to play the music I love to write, have a band, and record some albums. I am currently working as Communications Manager for the Stanford Institute for Creativity and the Arts (SiCa), and have been serving and supporting the arts community at Stanford in this position since 2006. My job entails student advising, website design and development, grant program management, program design and management, and art direction for SiCa.

Over the last two years, I've also done some freelance web design and development. I also recently designed and am teaching a specialized class at Stanford for arts majors: Technology for Artists and Writers - topics covered include: basic HTML, CSS, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, rich media, and the end result for each student is a web portfolio.

I am currently working part-time towards an MFA in Computer Arts and New Media at the Academy of Art University, San Francisco, CA.
