30 something, husband, father of two, web technology geek, avid photographer, Drupal Geek, aspiring Drupal ninja, Nashville Drupal Group Organizer/President, and long time Entrepreneur.

I currently own and operate a Drupal specific consulting company called BriteSparkz - http://britesparkz.com . I specialize in Drupal project planning and architecting. I am most happy when I am actively engaging clients in discussion about the shape and direction of their Drupal project and then building out the accompanying documentation.

I have extensive experience in leading Drupal projects and teams with a heavy emphasis on process development and productization of the Drupal platform. I also have performed a significant amount of Drupal training through my role as the Nashville Drupal Group President.

I also own and maintain a fair number of sites and regularly do theme work in my spare time or as projects require. I can do end to end Drupal implementations but often pull in outside resources to do heavy lifting on custom code simply because they are faster (though my coding chops are getting better all the time).

I am actively looking for contract based engagements and would be open to discussing more permanent opportunities if the fit is right.
