Cheryl Greene

Cheryl Greene and Dr. Alan Greene are the Co-founders of DrGreene.com. In 1995, when they launched DrGreene.com, there were about 10,000 web sites in existence and has been cited by the AMA as "the pioneer physician web site". Before the general population even knew what a web site was, they envisioned the power of the Internet in the lives of people around the world.

As Co-founder, Cheryl’s responsibilities ranged from html coding to, managing engineers, to responding to readers’ questions, to directing PR, to successfully managing the acquisition of the site in 1999 by adam.com and the repurchase of the site in 2001. In short, Dr. Greene provided the content and Cheryl does or oversees everything else it takes to run a successful web site.

DrGreene.com is a “Go-to” site used as a resource for newspaper and magazine writers and for radio and television producers and hosts. Appearances, interviews, or references to DrGreene.com include: The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, US News and World Report, c|net, Call For Help, ZDTV, Web Guide Magazine, MD Computing, and a host of others. Based on the pioneering work of DrGreene.com, Dr. Greene received the Intel Internet Health Hero Award in 1999.

Cheryl’s journey with DrGreene.com has enabled her to form strong connections throughout the Internet. She has the full range of skills and experience necessary to take an Internet project from inception to pre-eminence to acquisition and back.
