I am a technologist, focusing on web-based applications, with more than 15 years of experience in various Information Technology roles. Now based in Washington, DC, I've worked for Zurich-Scudder investments, RiskMetrics Group, Segue Technologies, Blue Cross Blue Shield, TeleCommunication Systems, SAIC, AlphaTech, Internoded, and Boston University.

I highly enjoy the role of a consultant, helping organizations to find success with the effective use of technology. I'm a Zend Certified Engineer PHP5 and I am well-versed in both back-end and front-end development. I'm an amateur graphic designer and have been using Adobe Photoshop since the days when it was loaded from a Bernoulli Drive (1993).

My passion for Drupal has grown in the year since I first discovered it. Drupalcon will be my first major Drupal event and I'm excited to learn, to meet new people, to grow professionally and to have a great time!
