Succeed: Share how to design, theme, develop, host, train, manage and take your Drupal business to the next level.

If you're a freelancer or one-person shop, this session will provide some insight into how your fellow freelancers tackle common problems that you either are facing, or will face in the future. This session will be in panel format, and while several Drupal freelancers will be up in the front for the session, audience members are encouraged to participate, asking questions and helping give additional perspectives. Some topics that are likely to be covered are:

  • How do you get started freelancing? How do you find that first job?
  • How is being a Drupal contractor different than general web design?
  • What do you do to handle work overflow?
  • What tools to you use to speed up the development process?
  • What about outsourcing?
  • Pulling together a team and coordinating work

If you're a freelancer and want to make sure you're on the right track, attending this session is a must. If you have additional questions you want to see covered in this session, please add them as comments to this page. Thanks!
