Hello, Ben:

A quick question: Does Twitter use Drupal or php or LAMP, or is the system design of Twitter related in one way or another to the CMS as Drupal?

To my knowledge, we don't use Drupal anywhere right now. However, the talk will be pretty high level, and should be applicable to any platform.
