Why celebrate all things goat?
Call it the other white milk, but goat's milk is actually the milk of choice for many. In fact, most of the milk used throughout the world comes from goats - and with good reason. Not only does goat's milk taste great, it is as close to a perfect food as possible in nature with a chemical structure that is amazingly similar to mother's milk. Goat's milk has more calcium, Vitamins A & B6 and minerals than milk from cows and it's naturally low in lactose.
Goats are good for OUR planet too. Their smaller size means that goats literally leave a smaller carbon "hoof" print making them earth-friendly. Learn more about why goat's milk is good for you and why goats are "green" at http://www.SuperGoat.org
A Dateline NBC report from the Blue Zone of Ikaria Greece revealed GOAT'S MILK as "Secret #1 For Living a Healthier, Happier Life." Dr. Oz has also reported on goat's milk as an anti-aging food.
A March 16 http://Alternet.org story asks "Is Goat the New Cow? Why American Foodies and Environmentalists Are Reviving the Old-World Staple" and recommends goat as "a great way for people to eat locally grown, humanely raised, tasty foods. And unlike the cattle industries, there aren't any massive, industrialized goat farms."
