Luke McCormick has been obsessed with the Internet since the 80s, when as an engineering student he spent many late nights in the computer labs exploring what was then known as the ARPAnet. He moved to the Bay area in the early 90s and, after the obligatory stint at Apple, became an early employee at Cisco Systems, where he was known as “Web Guy.” At the same time, he started a music website called RockWeb, producing the first sites for Joan Osborne, David Grisman, and many others.
