Chhay is the founder of Custom Insites, LLC, a web design, development, and consulting company. He earned his Bachelor's degree from Harvard University in 2002 and has been designing and developing websites since 1998. Most recently, he worked at Forbes Magazine as Webmaster and as Manager of Business Systems. He brings his passion for the web, his unique aesthetic, and his understanding of the business of the web.
