Bill Shaouy is an IBM IT Architect with 17 years experience in the IT industry, many of which have been spent in a technical leadership role. He is currently working on the design and implementation of a Drupal-based internal tracking system for Jane Addams Hull House, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to improve social conditions for people and communities by providing creative, innovative programs and advocating for related public policy reforms.
