Michael Caccavano

After more than a decade in the industry, Tree House Agency founder and CEO Michael Caccavano has deep roots in web development and project management for media companies. During his career, Michael has worked with organizations that include Verizon Wireless, USA Networks, Washingtonpost.Newsweek Interactive, SONY BMG, Mansueto Ventures, CBS Digital Media and Lifetime Networks.

Observing a lack of partnership between clients and vendors, he was inspired to leave corporate America and start Tree House in 2004. This inspiration carries through to today, with client-vendor relationship development a key focus area for all Tree House projects. Michael is known for his candor and "no holds barred" communication style, which he regards as critical to authentic, effective client relationships.

A creative thinker and computer enthusiast from his earliest years, Michael holds a B.S. from SUNY Albany in Information Science and Technology, a major that he designed from elements of the existing Information and Computer Science majors.

Offline, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife Laura, his two beautiful children Christopher and Keira, and, of course, his happy-go-lucky yellow lab Charlie.
